Muscat named associate vice president of development and alumni affairs: The Wayne State University School of Medicine is pleased to announce the appointment of Tracy Muscat to the new position of associate vice president of development and alumni affairs. Muscat assumed her duties effective Monday, March 12. She has served WSU’s main campus Office of University Development as associate vice president for development since March 2009.
