DETROIT (CBS Detroit) It's St. Paddy's Day weekend, which makes it only fitting one of our featured pets of the week has eyes as green as the Emerald Isle.

One look into Matilda's soulful green eyes and you won't soon forget the one-year-old Australian Shepherd mix, who was found wandering the streets of Detroit alone and abandoned. She was turned over to the Michigan Humane Society, where she's patiently waiting for her new forever home.
