(WWJ) - Delmon Young hit a three-run homer and the Detroit Tigers clobber the St. Louis Cardinals 10-3 in Grapefruit League play on Saturday.
As heard on 97.1 The Ticket - the Tigers were down by three runs at one point then steadily scored ten runs over four innings. It's the fifth straight win for the Tigers.
Prince Fielder went 3 for 3 with a triple and one RBI on the day. Ryan Raburn also hit a home run in the Tigers' winning effort.
Matt Holliday homered for St. Louis.
Andrew Oliver, in the run for the fifth spot in the Tigers rotation, pitched two scoreless innings and gets the win for the Tigers. Jaime Garcia takes the loss for the Cardinals.
