Inside the Hyatt Regency, Giulio & Sons is an upscale restaurant that offers an extravagant array of panoramic food stations with bottomless champagne. Located in Troy, the Kruse & Muer restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes in its multilevel dining room that features black and white tile and dark wood reminiscent of a New York tavern. While the Mosaic restaurant does not offer a weekly Sunday Champagne Brunch, it does offer this specialty on holidays such as Easter Sunday. With food from regions around the world, diners can choose from two carving stations along with an omelet and waffle station. The ambiance is spectacular and includes a hand blown blue glass ceiling, intricately designed motifs and waterfalls.
