Hearing Adjourned To Obtain More Evidence

DETROIT (WWJ) - The hearing for a Detroit gas station clerk accused of shooting a customer in the back has been postponed till next month.

Ibrahim Saleh of Dearborn is facing murder charges on claims that he shot and killed a man in a dispute over condoms earlier this month.

Monday's hearing was adjourned to allow attorneys more time to obtain evidence in the case.
