Trivalent Group Expands Board: Grandville-based Trivalent Group announced the appointment of Candace Dugan and the re-election of Jack Robinson to the Trivalent board of directors. Dugan brings both business and non-profit experience to the board. She currently serves of counsel at one of Grand Rapids' largest law firms, Warner Norcross & Judd. For nearly 30 years, she practiced civil litigation as counsel for Fortune 100 companies across the United States. Dugan's background and expertise spans a variety of industries, including health care, legal and higher education. She is the current chairperson of the Alma College Board of Trustees and serves on the boards of Lakeshore Advantage and Holland Hospital. In 2011, she received the Lakeshore Athena Award for her outstanding influence in the business world. n industry veteran of nearly 25 years, Robinson has extensive sales and marketing experience in voice and data telecommunications services. Throughout his career, he held leadership positions at Rolm Communications, National Telephone Services, Williams Cos. and International Computer Equipment. Most recently, he served as vice president of CIMCO Communications, where he helped lead product development, sales and marketing initiatives, and corporate planning.
