Indian Pizza?

Is there such a thing as bad pizza? I think not. In fact, I've never met a pizza I didn't like. If you ask most people what their favorite food is, they're going to say, "starts with a 'p' ends with an 'a' and has a 'izz' in the middle. Jet's, Buddy's, Papa John's, Little Ceaser's...all phenomenal in their mastery of the pizza pie. Throw in a Faygo Rock and Rye and I'm good to go! My only complaint about any pizza is raw dough. An undercooked pizza can ruin my night. So much so that I will sometimes order a pizza well done just to insure that the dough be baked all the way through.
Another of my favorite food groups is Indian food. Spicy curry dishes with chicken, lamb, hell I'll even eat vegetarian Indian food. I love it! Paneer Mahkni (look it up) and Chicken Tikka Masala (look it up) are two of my favorites. Well, where I live in Canton, a new pizza place has opened up called Curry on Crust Desi Pizza. They combine Indian food and pizza and it is awesome! If you don't like, or are afraid to try Indian food (first of all, grow up ya baby!) then this blog doesn't apply to you. But if you are a fan of Indian food and pizza, you gotta check this place out. It is one of the best pizzas I've ever tried and just like regular pizza, it won't judge you...Namaste.
