Bulls 83, Pistons 71

CHICAGO (WWJ) - Two quarters totaling 20 points sealed the fate as the Detroit Pistons fall to the Chicago Bulls 83-71 on Friday night.

The Detroit Pistons could never quite close the gap in the game against the Bulls struggling offensively before Chicago blew the game open in the final minutes of the game.

Brandon Knight scored 16 points, Greg Monroe had a double/double scoring 14 with 10 rebounds, Tayshaun Prince put in 14 in the losing Detroit effort.

Luol Deng put in a game high of 20 points and 9 rebounds for Chicago. Joakim Noah and Carlos Boozer each had double/doubles for the Bulls.

Detroit plays against the Charlotte Bobcats Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
