DORR TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WWJ) – Authorities in southwestern Michigan say two drivers are dead following a horrible head-on crash.

The Allegan County Sheriff’s Department says the collision happened Sunday night in Dorr Township — just south of Grand Rapids. 57-year-old Curtis Allen Devriendt was pronounced dead at the scene and 29-year-old Tabitha Marie Coss of Battle Creek died at a hospital.

Witnesses told investigators that the SUV driven by Coss crossed the center line and collided with the car driven by Devriendt. The crash remains under investigation.
