Arrest Warrants Issued For Former Lions WR Charles Rogers

Former Lions wide receiver Charles Rogers was the second player selected in the 2003 NFL Draft -- ahead of Andre Johnson, Terrell Suggs and Troy Polamalu -- and like another player taken No. 2 overall five years before, quarterback Ryan Leaf, Rogers' career was both disappointing and brief. Also like Leaf, Rogers has had his run-ins with the law and he's currently wanted on two arrest warrants by the Saginaw, Mich., authorities.

According to the the Detroit News, Rogers, 30, is charged with five misdemeanors in two unrelated incidents. In March, he was charged with making malicious phone calls and conspiring to commit a crime, possessing marijuana, having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle; and in December, he was charged with driving on a suspended license.
