Authorities: Child Attacked By ‘Rescue’ Dog

ROCHESTER HILLS (AP) – Authorities say a 6-year-old suburban Detroit girl was severely bitten in an attack by her family’s dog.

The Oakland County sheriff’s department says the child was bitten all over her body Saturday night in Rochester Hills and was taken to a hospital for treatment.

The department described the dog as a “rescue animal” that had been adopted by the family. It’s a mix of pit bull and boxer.

The department reports the girl was conscious and breathing after being bitten but had heavy bleeding. Lt. Ray White says the girl’s parents want the dog euthanized. He says the family expects a full recovery for the girl.

Who doesn’t want a well behaved dog? This can be achieved by no other than dog training training. However, having your pet trained the right way may not be that easy for you. You may have a very busy schedule or you simply don’t have the patience to pull things over. Thus, your ordeal is solved because there are numerous schools that can handle your pet very well.
