TROY — Altair Engineering Inc. announced that Zeal Group of Tokyo, Japan, has become a reseller and implementation partner of Altair’s HiQube business analytics and performance optimization platform.

Zeal is renowned as one of Japan’s leading integrators of business intelligence technology from the world’s major software development corporations. The partnership brings deep system integration knowledge to deliver HiQube-based analytics solutions that optimize business performance for organizations throughout Japan.

“The flexibility of HiQube’s platform makes it ideal for the Japanese market, where many companies are seeking to incorporate analytics within their BI stack with ability to scale these solutions as the business grows,” said Tsunaki Kawamoto, HiQube sales and partner manager for Japan. “The great majority of Zeal’s business focuses on BI solutions with system integration partners and for large corporations, and HiQube will be an important addition to Zeal’s lineup of offerings to serve a broad range of companies.”

“The demand for detailed business analytics is rapidly growing within the Japanese market place,” said Satomi Watanabe, general sales manager for Zeal Group.  “We see HiQube playing a pivotal role in our solution delivery model by providing a powerful analytics platform that works in concert with the many business systems we develop and deploy.

“HiQube’s foundation, deeply rooted in simulation and optimization, delivers crucial intelligence to aid in sales and management planning,” Kawamoto explained.  “Zeal’s HiQube-based solutions will allow planning personnel to independently analyze business activity, leveraging numerical methods, to deliver richer insight for improved business performance,” he said. “We look forward to working closely with Zeal to further the value of corporate IT investments and data through advanced analytics solutions.”
