3 Teens Arrested In ‘Vandalism Spree’

WATERFORD TWP. (WWJ) – Three teenaged suspects are in custody after what police describe as a vandalism spree overnight that led to thousands of dollars in damage in Waterford Township neighborhoods.

Police said that hardest hit were a group of homeowners in the Lockwood subdivision, near Dixie Highway and Airport Road, where the trio allegedly spray painted vehicles, driveways and houses.

It was not immediately clear if or how the victims may have been targeted.

Police are hoping to hear from anyone else who may have been victimized.  They were expected share more information at a news conference later Wednesday.

No names have been released.
