BINGHAM FARMS — The IT consulting firm  IT That Works announced that it has expanded its A Better Outlook offering, enabling IT That Works to provide clients with more robust and complete IT services.

In addition to the Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint hosting services included in A Better Outlook, the newly rebranded service will be called A Better Cloud, which is representative of its broader offerings. This includes Microsoft Exchange 2010, SharePoint 2010, and Lync 2010, as well as hosted desktops and applications, and a hosted line of business servers. These cloud services may be totally implemented at IT That Works data centers or may integrate with a client’s on-premise environment to create a hybrid-cloud solution.

According to Bob Breitman, president and CEO of ITTW, “As the cloud provider, we buy the software and the hardware, and have to keep everything running — our clients are offloading that risk to IT that Works. A Better Cloud enables small-to-medium businesses to gain ROI while reducing total cost of ownership, freeing up revenue for marketing, personnel, product improvements, and investments that help organizations with their core business.”

For a limited time, ITTW is offering a free “Cloud Readiness Review.”  This comprehensive look at a business’ current IT infrastructure, along with a discussion of their needs and challenges, will result in a customized report to let the business know if the cloud is right for them. It will also identify what efficiency increases and expense decreases the business can expect as a result of converting to A Better Cloud.

Companies with 10 or more desktops can get the review by calling (248) 593.1477.

IT that Works is a member of the Microsoft Partner Network with competencies in hosting, virtualization, server platform, desktop, portals and collaboration, and midmarket solution provider. ITTW supports clients in the United States Midwest and Southern region through offices in Michigan and Tennessee. Its “A Better Cloud” product is managed private, public and hybrid cloud computing, including Microsoft Exchange 2010, SharePoint 2010 and Lync 2010. It also offers Better Tech Support managed computer and network services, Better Data Backup managed backup and recovery services, and Better Comm telecommunications and telephone service.
