Jazz Series Comes To Chene Park
DETROIT (CBS Detroit) Ah, nothing beats the mellow sounds of jazz on a summer afternoon in the park.
Detroit fans of great outdoor music have something to look forward to this summer because Chene Park has opened their box office on Atwater for advance sales of their Jazz Series.
This year's offer includes a special buy-10-get-11 pavilion tickets for the season at the discounted price of $203 per season ticket. Individual tickets are $17 each for pavilion or $12 for a lawn seat, plus $3 facilities fee. The box office will also be open on Saturday April 14th to handle sales from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Regular box office hours resume beginning April 16th: 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturdays.
New this year is the VIP ticket offer that includes orchestra pit seating and waterfront VIP Hospitality.
The fun begins an hour before the concert when VIP guests have early access to the venue through the VIP gate. These special guests will be treated to a catered buffet. A dedicated wait staff will handle all beverage orders.
VIP tickets are $385 per ticket. Advance single tickets are priced at $32 plus the $3 facilities fee. Day of event tickets will be higher and priced according to show demand.
