Unitask Software Establishes OEM Division

BLOOMFIELD HILLS -- Unitask Software Wednesday announced the launch of its OEM Division providing private label automation software to companies serving Oracle EBusiness Suite customers.

Due to increasing demand for automation systems by integrators and other companies providing services to Oracle EBS customers, Unitask has launched the OEM Division, providing private label version availability of two of its most popular products, Output Director and Migration Director.

Thus, as of May 1, Unitask will offer private label versions of Output Director and Migration Director

The new expansion initiative will be led by Joe McGee, an industry veteran who brings more than 30 years of leadership experience for such organizations as Oracle, Ingres and Compuware.

Unitask OEM efforts will center on relationships that provide private label inclusion with software companies, service providers and system integrators, as well as distribution agreements for international companies who currently specialize in solutions for the Oracle EBS marketplace.

Unitask Software products eliminate repetitive and often intensive manual practices associated with printing, faxing and emailing of Oracle information, which can prohibit the rapid and efficient launch of Oracle.

Both the Output Management software, as well as the Migration Director Change Management software for automated promotion of required changes within the application, will continue to be available as a direct end user offering also.
