Chrysler House Gets Two New Tenants

DETROIT -- Rock Ventures, the umbrella for Detroit businessman Dan Gilbert's portfolio of companies, announced Monday that two more companies will open an office in downtown Detroit's 23-story Chrysler House, formerly the Dime Building, located at 719 Griswold.

Details on the tenants:

* Elite Fire Safety -- Southfield-based Elite Fire Safety, a one-stop-shop for all fire safety needs, will open a small satellite office in the building. Initially the company will have a few employees in the office, but hopes to grow and take more space. They are eager to move to the city and begin helping other companies moving downtown with their fire safety systems.

* SCI Marketview - An Ontario-based enterprise lead management system that aggregates and delivers high-quality leads to automotive dealers is taking two small offices in the building. SCI's downtown Detroit office will initially house six employees, and the company plans to expand the office size if it renews its contract with a large Detroit-based client.
