Mateen Cleaves To Host Opening Of 'Freakin' Unbelievable Burgers'

FLINT (WWJ) - Former Michigan State University basketball star and Detroit Piston Mateen Cleaves is going to cut the ribbon for a new restaurant business in his home town.

Cleaves will appear at the ribbon cutting and VIP party of "Freakin' Unbelievable Burgers" in Flint Township. Brent Skaggs is the owner of the new establishment.

He says they will specialize in gourmet burgers, veggie burgers, and build your own burgers. The restaurant will also serve Michigan craft beers and wine.

The Flint location is the first of its kind and is expected to employ over 40 people.

A ribbon cutting will be held Saturday evening ahead of the restaurant's planned opening on May 21.
