Time To Tazer Tigers Hitters?

Maybe it is time for a little shock treatment for Tigers lineup. Detroit was put together with the idea that they would pitch better than most and score more runs than almost everybody else. So, far it's not working. The Tigers after a 9-3 start have gone 11-21 after getting swept by the Indians. Detroit scores just six runs in three games verses Cleveland. Tigers were 0-9 with runners in scoring position in their 2-1 loss Thursday afternoon at Progressive Field. Make it three-for-28 with runners in scoring position for the series verses the Tribe. For a team that is supposed to swing for the fences and produce big numbers the lack of run support is alarming. The Tigers have scored three or less runs in more than half their games.
