Woman Killed In Front Of 4-Year Old Daughter

DETROIT (WWJ) - A woman was shot to death Tuesday night on West Outer Drive in Detroit.

Broadcast reports say the woman got out of her van as someone opened fire, striking and killing her.

Neighbors and witnesses in the area said it sounded like more than one gun was fired.

The woman's 4-year-old daughter witnessed the shooting. Police hope the young child can ID the shooter.

Detroit police are searching for a shooter.
