2 Missing Detroit Kids Found Safe

DETROIT (AP) – Police in Detroit say two children missing after leaving school on the city’s southwest side have been found safe.

The department’s Southwestern District says 9-year-old Michael Marcellus and his 10-year-old sister Deonna Fletcher were recovered late Thursday.

They were reported missing Thursday afternoon when they didn’t return home. Police say they were found when a person spotted them walking down a street.
