Detroit Tigers To Host Their 2nd Classic Car Show
DETROIT (AP) — The Detroit Tigers once again will be bringing together two of the area's biggest passions when they host a car show next month.
The 2nd Annual Detroit Tigers Classic Car Show will be held July 7 at Comerica Park.
The Tigers say car owners interested in taking part must go through an online nominating process. All vehicles need to be show quality, street legal and have been manufactured before 1990.
If selected, a registration fee of $115 applies, and that includes car show space, two tickets to that day's Tigers-Royals game, two food vouchers for use within Comerica Park, two Classic Car Show T-shirts and a Classic Car Show poster.
One hundred nominated classic cars will be selected for participation in the show.
Nominations run through Friday.
