Motivational expert Chester Elton, co-author of a number of successful leadership books like "The Orange Revolution" and "All In," says the key is not just the products or services the company offers, but the reason why they are doing it.
Elton says the companies that excel have a "noble cause" ... and employees at those firms are actually excited to go to work.
Elton brings his message to Michigan this week, when he speaks at the WWJ Business Breakfast on Thursday at the MSU Management Education Center in Troy.
