Ann Arbor Realtors Charles Reinhart Launches New Search
ANN ARBOR -- The Charles Reinhart Co., Realtors (www.ReinhartRealtors.com) Tuesday announced the launch of its improved online search feature.
According to the National Association of Realtors, 89 percent of buyers begin their search for a home online. Recognizing industry trend, Reinhart redesigned its site for an improved user experience. Partnering with Active Website, a Web site firm focusing on independent real estate brokers, Reinhart has updated, enhanced and improved how users search for homes online.
Search Enhancements Include:
Active or Under Contract: "Under Contract" now displays on listings to indicate if a sale is pending. "Active" displays on all available listings that are not under contract.
Faster Search: More properties appear per page, allowing you to scan through more homes at once. View Slideshow quickly opens from the search results page, allowing you to easily look at pictures of the home, without the extra step of having to go to the home's details page.
Saved Search Results: Now, when you click on a property to view the details page, you no longer have to take the additional step of going back to the search results page to view another property. Your search results are saved at the top of the page for you to scroll through.
Tax Information: The detail page of every home now displays useful tax information.
Compare Properties: When searching homes for sale, you can add properties to "My Picks" to save the properties you are interested in, by clicking on the icon of the folder with a + sign. The red "My Property Picks" tab stores all of the properties that you are interested in. By clicking on the "My Property Picks" tab, you can easily "compare" your properties.
Keyword Search: Are you searching for a home with an "updated kitchen" or "granite" countertops? Are you searching for a home in "Burns Park" or near a particular landmark? Use the keyword search to search the descriptions of homes for sale.
Much More Detail: You are now able to narrow your search using much more detailed criteria, such as: Year Built, Style of garage, Main floor master bedroom, Vaulted Ceilings, Security System, Skylight, Patio, Pole Barn, Sprinkler System, Deck, pool and more.
