Woman Killed In Drive-by Shooting In Inkster

INKSTER, Mich. (WWJ) - A shooting shortly after midnight Monday outside an abandoned home on Isabelle Street, south of Michigan Avenue, left a woman dead in Inkster.

According to reports, the woman was a passenger in a vehicle when someone in another vehicle drove by and shot her. She died at an area hospital a short time later. Police say the woman had a 2-year-old child on her lap. The child was shaken up, but not injured.
