ANN ARBOR — Pure Visibility has promoted Dunrie Greiling to its chief operating officer position. Company co-founder and current COO Catherine Juon is leaving the company to pursue consulting opportunities with second stage companies.

“Like the businesses we help grow, Pure Visibility has experienced a tremendous evolution over the last 18 months,” said co-founder and president Linda Girard. “It’s exciting to promote Dunrie to a leadership role where she can continue to accelerate the company forward.”   In her new role, Greiling will manage Pure Visibility’s day-to-day operations and also provide account management oversight.

Greiling has been with Pure Visibility since 2007, most recently serving as general manager.

Greiling has worked her way up through the ranks starting as a project manager, later leading the client services division.  Throughout her tenure, Greiling has guided the implementation of Pure Visibility’s strategic plan to serve business-to-business companies looking to expand their online lead and sales generation internationally.

Juon, who co-founded Pure Visibility, is pursuing her interest in connecting second stage entrepreneurs with resources for growth through her new venture, Beyond Startup. This career transition is a result of Juon’s increasing involvement with the Small Giants Community as well as her personal passion for helping Michigan companies grow.

“My experience founding and growing Pure Visibility and previous ventures has given me great insight into tools and resources available (but not always easy to find!) to second stage entrepreneurs,” said Juon.  “It’s the right time to leave, with Pure Visibility on a solid trajectory for growth. Now I can pursue a new passion.”
