Detroit Police Seek Persons Of Interest In Armed Robbery

DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit Police have released images of two persons of interest wanted for questioning in hopes that somebody will recognize the men.

Police say they want to question the men about the armed robbery of a 25-year-old male that occurred in the 8800 block of Livernois on Thursday, June 28 at approximately 2:30 a.m.

The first person of interest is described as a black male with medium to light complexion, age 20 to 23, 5'-10," with a medium build and short hair. He was wearing a blue t-shirt with the number "12" on the front and was armed.

The second person of interest is described as a black male with medium to dark complexion, age 20 to 23, 5'-9," with a medium build. He was wearing a white polo shirt with an alligator on the front and was armed.

Police say the men are considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.

Anyone who can identify the men in the images is asked to contact the Detroit Police Major Crimes Unit at 313-596-2260.
