Firebombing At Detroit Home Critically Injures Man
DETROIT (AP) - Authorities say a man was critically burned when firebombs were thrown into a Detroit home.
Fire officials say the victim was on a couch in front of a window about 2:40 a.m. Wednesday when one of the bombs exploded on him.
He received second- and third-degree burns over a large portion of his body and was being treated at Detroit Receiving Hospital.
Officials say other people at the home were uncooperative with arson investigators and that there are reports that the home on the city's northeast side also was firebombed about two weeks ago.
