Appia Communications Delivers a Simplified PBX in the Cloud

TRAVERSE CITY -- Appia Communications, a provider of managed communications and network services, Monday announced that it is offering virtual PBX services, beginning with the award-winning 3CX phone system. The offering enables customers to install and manage their own phone systems on a secure Appia virtual machine.

"This is perfect for customers who want to manage their own PBXs, but who also want the security and disaster recovery capabilities of the Appia cloud," said Victor von Schlegell, president of Appia Communications. "Along with the virtual PBX, they get to choose their Appia SIP trunks, and phone handsets. Different customers have different preferences. With Appia, they can have their phone systems on-site; on a virtual machine; as a physical server in our data center, or they can use Appia Cubed, our hosted phone system."

To find out more about Appia Communications and the virtual PBX product, contact your Appia partner, call (877) 277-4297 or visit www.appiaservices.com.

Headquartered in Traverse City, Appia serves markets nationwide, with operations in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, St. Louis, and Washington D.C.
