Rave Computer Posts Record Profits in Michigan
STERLING HEIGHTS -- Rave Computer last week announced that its most recent fiscal year profits in the Michigan market have surpassed the previous record high set in fiscal 2010.
"It has taken time to grow our Michigan base, but companies in the commercial market have realized Rave is truly a viable option compared to traditional hardware OEMs," said CFO Joe Borowicz. "Our systems continue to deliver tailored performance and reliability, and our personal attention to each customer sets us apart."
In 2007, Rave set out to build both its commercial and Michigan presence, in order to diversify its largely defense-based business. At that time, Michigan business accounted for less than 0.5 percent of total revenues; today it accounts for nearly 20 percent and continues to grow steadily.
