150 Sickened After Eating At Holland Area Restaurant

HOLLAND (AP) – State health officials on the west side of the state say the number of people reporting illness after eating at a restaurant in Holland has now reached 150.

The Health Department says Margarita’s Mexican Restaurant voluntary shut down after officials started investigating last Thursday. The department launched its probe after getting reports of 10 illnesses, mostly involving nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.

Health officials hope to get results from lab tests in the next few days.
