Compuware Changepoint 2012 Now Available

DETROIT -- Compuware Corp. last week announced the general availability of Changepoint 2012, the latest edition of its market-leading professional services automation and project portfolio management solution.

With enhancements geared to the needs of growing service organizations, Changepoint 2012 delivers an improved user experience to drive higher adoption and customer satisfaction, and offers more flexibility to support global organizations.

"We were immediately impressed by the simplicity and elegance of the new Changepoint user interface," said Changepoint user Betsy Overstreet, revenue management of North Highland, a global consulting company headquartered in Atlanta, Ga. "The streamlined navigation and look and feel will allow our users to quickly access the power of this solution, and the expanded support for multiple browsers allows our people to work in their preferred environment.

Added Changepoint user Graham Hayhurst, head of the Project One Application Center at Steria, one of Europe's top 10 IT services companies: "We have undertaken an ambitious rollout of Changepoint to more than 9,000 users worldwide with a target of 12,000 users over the coming months, and the capabilities in this release -- specifically the ability to express time in increments of hours, days or full time equivalents -- allow us to overcome adoption barriers in certain countries and achieve our goal of single system support for our entire services organization. We were delighted to partner with the Changepoint team and offer input to this release. They listened attentively to our needs and delivered."

Changepoint 2012 is now available. There is no additional charge for existing customers with current product maintenance agreements. Find more information on this major release at www.compuware.com/changepoint2012.
