The way the average NFL fan sees it is that any call that goes against their team is a bad call. There is little uproar that the NFL is set to use replacement referees as pre season is set to get under way for everybody. In the end, maybe it will be a good thing to see refs who routinely blow calls because of a lack of experience and training. Being an official is a thankless job at any level. Maybe this pre season/regular season will be a good learning experience for all.
