Clean Energy Coalition staff will present a plan to reorganize Clean Cities boundaries in East and West Michigan. If approved by the U.S. Department of Energy, the proposed changes will bring Clean Cities representation to an additional 28 counties, 3 million residents, and 11 urbanized public transit agencies.
