Teens Confess To 'Sexual And Racial' Vandalism

PITTSFIELD TWP. (WWJ) - The Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office says four teenagers have confessed to vandalizing homes and property in several subdivisions around Pittsfield Township, south of Ann Arbor.

The suspects spray-painted obscenities described as "sexual and racial" in nature, but police said no threats were made.

Investigators believe the vandalism was random and the suspects apparently were not targeting any specific homeowners.

The case has been handed over to the prosecutor's office for criminal charges.  No names have been released.
