BERKLEY (WWJ) – Berkley police remain on the scene of a wreck involving a car and a cyclist. The accident happened about 4 p.m. Friday between Coolidge and Beverly – just south of 12 Mile.

Authorities are telling WWJ — the adult male bike rider was rushed to Royal Oak Beaumont hospital – but no word yet on his condition.

The car driver is currently speaking with investigators about the crash.
