Just when you thought reality TV couldn’t get any worse, the world was hit by the TLC sensation called “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo”. The show is a spin off of “Toddlers and Tiaras” and follows child beauty pageant star Honey Boo Boo (her real name is Alana) and her trashtastic family. You know it’s going to be a train wreck when TLC has to run subtitles through each episode so the viewer can understand the Boo Boo clan.

What could be more ridiculous than any episode of HCHBB? Kris Jenner’s reaction to the success of the show! Mama Kardashian allegedly thinks the Thompsons (the Boo Boo family) are classless, unlike her family, and she can’t understand why America is so fascinated by them. Kris thinks June is a bad mom for exploiting her daughter and using a reality show as a ploy to make money. Pot, say hello to kettle! Her insult couldn’t BE a more accurate description of her own situation.

The claws are most definitely out because (for now) “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” is doing better than “Keeping Up With The Kardashians”. Boo Boo actually tied in the ratings with the CNN coverage of the Bill Clinton DNC speech. When a Kardashian is the one trying to take the moral high ground, you know our world is doomed.
