Dialogue Marketing Hiring 190 New Employees in Detroit

TROY — Dialogue Marketing Inc., a nationwide provider of business process outsourcing services, announced immediate plans to hire 190 new employees in and around the Detroit metro area to support the needs of the company’s rapidly expanding customer base.

The newly hired employees will support Dialogue Marketing clients in key areas, such as consumer electronics and insurance, and handle internal corporate and management needs from internship to management levels.

A portion of the demand for additional employees comes in preparation for this year’s annual open enrollment period, which calls for a significant number of licensed insurance agents to handle customer needs surrounding Medicare enrollment. Dialogue Marketing provides special licensing and job training at no cost to employees.

Dialogue Marketing’s boom in hiring additional employees comes on the heels of the company’s third consecutive inclusion in Inc. magazine’s listing of the fastest growing private companies in the nation. For 2012, Dialogue Marketing ranked 32nd in the Detroit area, further reinforcing the company’s continued dedication to supporting its local economy. In the past year alone, Dialogue Marketing has all ready hired 249 new employees and expects to continue expanding this number as the company adds new companies to its pool of customers.

The salary ranges for Dialogue Marketing’s openings vary based on employment levels and specific job roles, and many positions include commission in addition to base salaries.
