Hour Detroit Launches Digital Issue on iTunes

ROYAL OAK -- The same content found monthly in Hour Detroit magazine is now accessible digitally with the purchase of a monthly e-edition and application for smartphones and e-readers, available on iTunes. Subscribers will be able to purchase both back issues and future issues with the app.

"While our large-format paper edition is very popular with subscribers and newsstand buyers, we also want to reach our readers in a new way," said Rebecca Powers, editor of Hour Detroit. "Having issues available via iTunes makes the magazine (including back issues) accessible to readers everywhere."

The app will offer single issues by month for $2.99, and a one year subscription for 12 issues at $11.99. Compatible with iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad, the application requires iOS 4.0 or later.
