COMMERCE TOWNSHIP — Nuspire Networks, a Michigan based managed security service provider, said Friday that it’s hiring, looking for IT professionals to protect its clients’ networks.
“We understand that in a highly technical and competitive industry segment like IT security, that skilled and motivated people are our number one asset,” said Saylor Frase, president of Nuspire Networks. “Maintaining an environment that attracts and fosters great team members is core to our strategy and success.”
Nuspire is currently searching for network engineers, application developers and network security professionals to join their team.
“Nuspire has heavily invested in activities centered on locating and recruiting the very best technical staff and the ongoing training, motivation and inspiration of its team members,” said Network Engineering Manager, Pat Kanai.
Founded in 1999, the company has had an emphasis on building an employee culture that promotes innovation, leadership and positivity. Nuspire is a three time winner of the Detroit Free Press’ “Top WorkPlaces” award and has also been recognized nationally as a “Best & Brightest Company to Work For”.
By partnering with educational institutions and participating with IT professional groups, Nuspire has been able to tap into the area’s budding IT sector.
“Nuspire provides local colleges guidance on their IT curriculum to help them get a better understanding of the ever-changing needs of IT employers” said Matthew Thompson, Nuspire’s lead recruiter. “We also are involved with IT networking groups such as DetroitNet.Org that provide IT professionals a chance to learn about Nuspire and our culture. Nuspire is always in need of new hires that can bring their talents to our team.”
Driving the growth at Nuspire is the addition of several new clients over the last several months. Customers such as Volkswagen of America, Kelly Services and Dunham’s Sports have driven Nuspire’s hiring.
