DEARBORN, Mich. (AP) — Police in suburban Detroit are investigating after a motorist says he was sideswiped by Lions defensive lineman Ndamukong Suh.
Dearborn police Sgt. Ed Fries tells the Detroit Free Press the Thursday morning collision was a “minor fender bender” with no injuries. A person who answered the telephone Friday at the department declined comment.
Driver Steve Vines of Livonia says Suh sideswiped his vehicle and didn’t stop following the crash. Vines says he followed Suh to the parking lot of the Lions practice facility. The team said it was aware of the reports.
Suh is being sued for more than $1 million by a woman who claims she was injured in a December car crash in Portland, Ore. He was also cited for speeding in Portland in March.
