Two Detroit Police Officers Injured On Patrol
DETROIT (WWJ) - Two Detroit police officers are injured on the job.
The two officers were out on patrol when Detroit Police Sgt. Erin Stephens says a 47-year-old woman drove through a stop sign on Lansdowne Street and hit the officers' car on Moross. They are recovering after last night's accident, and were last reported to be in temporary serious condition.
Names of the victim and the police officers have not been released yet.
Stephens says the woman was driving with a suspended license and was arrested. She may face other charges, as well.
