Donald Trump Has The Real Reason Derek Jeter Was Injured

By: Sara

I didn't think it was possible, but Donald Trump found a way to insert himself into the baseball playoffs and the Jeter situation. When Derek Jeter fractured his ankle during Game 1 of the ALCS and was carried off the field by his manager and trainer, most people were not thinking, 'That must be the result of the karma train coming into the station.' Of course, in the mind of squirrel hair, the ankle injury was the universe's way of getting back at Jeter for moving out of a Trump building last Friday.

On Monday, Trump tweeted, "Derek Jeter had a great career until 3 days ago when he sold his apartment at Trump World Tower - I told him not to sell - karma?"

My only hope is that Trump considers himself above using emoticons (I know, I know, they are cheesy and usually used by teenage girls) and therefore he refused to include a wink face. He had to be kidding, right? Of course he is the king of self promotion, and I fell right into his trap, but this was just too ridiculous to pass up. The reaction on Twitter was fast and nasty, and nothing I could put in print. The gist of most tweets had to do with The Donald's lack of class. It still cracks me up, however, when someone calls out another person for lack of class and then follows it up with every swear word in the book and threats of violence.
