"There were multiple incidents throughout the region, I think we are up to 15 at this point, we are checking on potentially a 16th ... so 15 vehicles or people for sure that were hit," said Oakland County Sheriff Mike Bouchard.

Bouchard said some of the bullets fired came within inches of hitting motorists and it's believed all incidents were done with a semi-automatic rifle; due to the rapid fire.

Fortunately, no injuries have been reported.

Livingston County Sheriff Robert Bezotte says his office has a rough sketch on the suspect and the suspect vehicle, describing the suspects car dark car as possibly a Cavalier or Mustang with a white, male driver.
