Detroit Firefighters To Get Pistons Game Tickets
DETROIT (AP) — Uniformed firefighters and emergency medical service personnel in Detroit will receive tickets to Detroit Pistons games as part of the team's Come Together Game Changers Program.
Piston players Rodney Stuckey, Greg Monroe, Brandon Knight and Jason Maxiell will meet Monday afternoon with Fire Commissioner Don Austin and later deliver meals to two engine companies.
The program recognizes and rewards "community heroes" throughout the state.
