DETROIT (AP) – Two 18-year-old men and a 21-year-old woman have been charged in the carjacking and armed robbery of elderly siblings in Detroit.

The Wayne County prosecutor’s office says Detroit residents Amiri Naylor, Derrius Simmons and Charelle Smith were expected to be arraigned Thursday in Detroit’s 36th District Court.

It’s unknown if they have lawyers.

Authorities say an 80-year-old Detroit woman and her 79-year-old brother were robbed Monday in her driveway.

Naylor is charged with carjacking, receiving and concealing a stolen vehicle and fleeing police. Simmons is charged with carjacking, receiving and concealing a stolen vehicle and armed robbery.

Smith is charged with receiving and concealing stolen property, theft, and intent to commit identification theft.
