Tigers Will Keep Outfielder Brennan Boesch, But He'll Have To Compete For A Job
The Tigers will bring back outfielder Brennan Boesch, but he'll have to compete for a role, according to MLive.com's Chris Iott.
Tigers general manager Dave Dombrowski confirmed that the team will tender Boesch a contract. Boesch is eligible for arbitration for the first time in his career and will likely be due a raise. The 27-year-old outfielder made $500,000 last season.
