AUBURN HILLS — Logicalis Inc. said this week that it’s looking for 12 new staffers for an expansion of its help desk operations in Auburn Hills.

The company said the roles are full-time with full benefits (health, vision, dental, 401k and more) and serve as excellent opportunities for those starting out in the IT field. Logicalis is anticipating start dates to range from now through early January.

Daily duties would include remote troubleshooting (Active Directory, Basic LAN/ PC, etc.). Typically people pursuing a Networking or CIS type of degree are the most relevant fits and we really like to see some type of customer service/ retail type of background as well.
