CareTech Solutions Names Robert M. Johnson CFO: Troy-based CareTech Solutions, an IT and Web products and services company for more than 200 U.S. hospitals, announced the appointment of Robert M. Johnson as CFO. Johnson has more than 25 years of financial management and leadership experience including general accounting, financial planning, costing and pricing, treasury management, and work in acquisition and divestiture transactions. He was most recently the Chief Financial Officer for Palace Sports & Entertainment, where he was responsible for all financial, information technology, and retail functions at the enterprise, and was integral in the sale of the Detroit Pistons Basketball franchise in 2011. Johnson received a Bachelor of Accountancy and Masters of Finance from Walsh College. Eric Bunch Joins Brogan & Partners as Associate, Web Developer: The Birmingham advertising and marketing agency Brogan & Partners announced the addition of Eric Bunch to its team, in the role of associate and Web developer. In this role, Bunch will be responsible for the production and implementation of websites, social network pages, mobile applications and other IT solutions for Brogan's growing client roster.
