Report: Six Teams Interested In Ryan Raburn

Outfielder/second baseman Ryan Raburn is drawing interest from six teams, including the Rays, Braves, Rangers and Marlins, according to’s Jayson Stark.

Raburn, 31, has played all of his seven major-league seasons for the Tigers. The team released the right-handed hitter this month.

Raburn hit .171/.226/.254 in 222 plate appearances for the Tigers in 2012. However, he hit .274/.329/.473 with 45 home runs in 1,119 plate appearances from 2009 to 2011 and could be useful as a platoon player against left-handed pitching.
